What Ladder Safety requires
Ladders must be inspected before use and removed from service when damaged. Employees must be trained on selection, setup angle, three points of contact, and load limits.
Who must be trained: Employees exposed to this hazard, before the exposure begins.
What must be on file: Ladder inspection log, Damaged ladder removal records.
