What we collect

When you use the free OSHA compliance check we collect the answers you provide about your business and workplace hazards, and — when you request your report — your name, business name, email address, and optional phone number. We also record how you reached the site (campaign parameters, referral code, or QR code) so we can credit partners and measure which channels work.

How we use it

To generate and deliver your compliance profile, to follow up about closing the gaps it identifies, and to send occasional guidance relevant to your industry. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored in Dsyfer's systems and shared with the service providers we use to host the site, store data, and send email. If you arrived through a referral partner, we may tell that partner that a referral converted. We do not sell your personal information.

Local storage

Your in-progress answers and your results are saved in your browser's local storage so you can leave and come back. Clearing your browser data removes them from your device.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing osha@dsyfer.com. We keep lead records for as long as needed to support the relationship or as required by law.
