What Injury & Illness Recordkeeping requires
Employers with more than 10 employees, outside of the partially exempt low-hazard industries, must keep the OSHA 300 log, complete a 301 incident report for each recordable case, and post the 300A summary from February 1 to April 30.
Who must be trained: Employees exposed to this hazard, before the exposure begins.
What must be on file: OSHA 300 log, OSHA 301 incident reports, Posted 300A annual summary.
