Fall Protection
What Fall Protection requires
Protection is generally required at four feet in general industry and six feet in construction. You need a hazard assessment, the right systems, inspection of harnesses and anchors, and a rescue plan.
Who must be trained: Employees exposed to this hazard, before the exposure begins.
What must be on file: Fall protection plan, Equipment inspection records, Rescue plan.
